Reverse Dutch Woven Wire Mesh - Durable and Long Lasting specially designed for filtering. Reverse Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is formed in a reverse fashion of the Plain Dutch Weave wire arrangement, whereby finer warp wires are positioned tightly together and a thicker weft wire is woven in at set intervals. Using two different sizes of wire diameter, the stainless steel wire or brass wire is woven into reverse Dutch woven wire mesh

Reverse Dutch weave woven wire mesh is different from Dutch weave woven wire mesh in Wire direction, the coarser wire in the warp direction and the finer wire in the weft direction and the coarser wire in the weft direction and the finer wire in the warp direction. Reverse Dutch woven wire mesh is similar to the Dutch weave woven wire mesh as there are two sizes of wire diameter: finer wire in one direction and coarser wire in the other direction.

The cloth is mechanically strong with a high throughput and it performs particularly well in high pressure vertical and horizontal filter leaf applications where backwashing and filter cake removal are important. It is mainly made of stainless steel wire, which is chemical resistance, alkali and acid resistance, rust and corrosion resistance.
