Dutch Weave Wire Mesh

Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is also known as Stainless Steel Dutch woven wire cloth and stainless steel filter cloth is a type of weave with larger warp wires than the weft wires. Dutch wire mesh is made of high quality stainless steel wire woven having the main feature is the warp and weft wire diameter and density of greater contrast, and therefore the net thickness and filtering accuracy and life will have a more significant increase than the average square mesh.

The mesh is formed by weaving a limited number of warps with the maximum number of weft wires woven tightly together, producing a cloth with no readily visible apertures. This mesh is strong and stable, easy to clean and with a good flow rate suitable for high-pressure liquid/solid separation.

This type of weave is made up of a limited number of warp wires interwoven with the maximum number of weft wires, thereby forming a firm and strong cloth. The plain Dutch weave has a high filtering level and high pressure load resistance. The apparent difference of reverse Dutch weaving compared with standard Dutch weave lies in the thicker warp wires and less weft wires.
